Jazz is popping up all over Hampton Roads. I am playing 2 Fridays a month at Cafe Stella in Norfolk, 2 Thursday a month at Toast in Norfolk, 2 Wednesdays a month at Fellini's in Norfolk, one Monday a month at Cochon on 2nd Street in Williamsburg.
There is the Attucks Jazz Series, the TowneBank Jazz Series in the Miller Studio Theater at the Sandler Center in Va Beach and now a new, very successful series hosted by pianist Justin Kauflin at the Governor's Magnet School in  Norfolk on Granby Street. 

It is an exciting time for those in the community who both play and listen to jazz.
